This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued, the process for requesting a refund, and the timelines involved. This policy is subject to our Terms & Conditions, which take precedence in case of any conflict.
Refund Eligible
Duplicate / erroneous payments and cancellations made before any work has commenced are eligible for a full or partial refund of professional fees.
Non-Refundable
Government statutory fees, third-party charges, and professional fees for work already commenced or completed are strictly non-refundable.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method, subject to bank processing times.

1 Overview & General Principles
JDN Corporate Tech India LLP invests significant professional time, expertise, and resources from the moment a service engagement begins. Our refund policy is structured to be fair to both parties while reflecting the real costs incurred in delivering government licensing, compliance consultancy, and technology services.
- Refund eligibility is determined based on the nature of the service, the stage of work at the time of cancellation, and whether government fees have been paid.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp within the timelines specified for each service category.
- Government statutory fees paid to regulatory bodies on behalf of clients are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
- GST charged on professional fees is non-refundable as it is remitted to the government.
- Refunds, where approved, are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please Note:JDN acts as a facilitator for government licence and registration applications. The approval, rejection, or delay of any application is entirely at the discretion of the relevant government authority. JDN is not liable for such outcomes and refunds cannot be claimed solely on account of application rejection or delay by a government authority.

2 Government Licensing & Compliance Services
This section covers services including LMPC Certificate, EPR Authorization, WPC Licence, VNO Licence, APEDA Registration, BIS/CRS Certification, Import Export Code (IEC), Trademark & IP Registration, FSSAI Licence, GST Registration, and all other regulatory compliance services.
Government Fees — Strictly Non-Refundable:Any statutory fees, government filing fees, challan payments, or charges paid to regulatory bodies (BIS, FSSAI, MCA, Trademark Registry, Customs, APEDA, WPC, DoT, etc.) on behalf of the client are 100% non-refundable once paid, regardless of the outcome of the application.
Professional Fees (JDN Consultancy Charges):
- Before Work Commences: If you cancel within 48 hours of payment and before any work has been initiated (no document collection, no drafting, no filing), a full refund of professional fees (excluding GST) will be issued, less a 5% processing charge.
- After Document Collection, Before Filing: If work has commenced (documents collected, review done, drafts prepared) but the application has not yet been filed with the government portal, a refund of up to 50% of professional fees may be considered at JDN's discretion.
- After Application Filing: Once an application has been submitted to the government portal, no refund of professional fees will be issued, as the work is considered complete from JDN's side.
- Application Rejected by Government: Rejection by a government authority does not entitle the client to a refund of professional or government fees. JDN will however assist with re-filing at a discounted fee where applicable and possible.

3 Website Development Services
Website development projects are milestone-based. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation:

Third-Party Costs:Domain registrations, hosting subscriptions, SSL certificates, premium themes, plugins, stock images, or any third-party software licences purchased on your behalf are non-refundable once procured.

4 SEO & Digital Marketing Services
SEO and digital marketing services are ongoing, performance-oriented services. The following refund terms apply:
- Monthly Retainer Plans: Fees paid for the current active month are non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
- One-Time SEO Audit: Once the audit report has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable. If cancelled before delivery and within 48 hours of payment, a 75% refund of the audit fee may be issued.
- Content Creation: Fees for content already written and delivered are non-refundable. Unpublished, undelivered content may qualify for a partial refund at JDN’s discretion.
- Paid Advertising Budgets: Any media spend (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) managed on your behalf is drawn from your pre-approved budget and is non-refundable once deployed. Unused ad budget may be returned subject to platform policies.
No Ranking Guarantee Refunds:Refunds will not be issued on the basis of ranking positions not being achieved within a specific timeframe. SEO results depend on search engine algorithms, competition, and client-side factors beyond JDN’s control.

5 Mobile App Development Services
Mobile app development follows a phased approach. Refunds are determined by project stage:

6 E-Commerce Development Services
E-commerce store development refund terms are similar to website development and are governed by project milestones:
- Before Kickoff (within 48 hours): Up to 85% refund of professional fees if no work has commenced.
- After Platform Setup & Theme Installation: Up to 40% refund if catalogue/product upload has not yet begun.
- After Product Catalogue & Payment Gateway Integration: No refund of professional fees.
- Store Live or In Testing: No refund applicable.
Non-Refundable Platform Costs:Shopify subscription fees, WooCommerce / WordPress hosting, domain names, premium themes, paid plugins, Razorpay / PayU / CCAvenue integration setup fees, and any third-party platform costs are non-refundable once committed on your behalf.

7 Duplicate & Erroneous Payments
If you have made a duplicate payment or paid an incorrect amount due to a technical error, we will issue a full refund of the duplicate or excess amount:
- Report the duplicate payment within 7 days of the transaction by emailing CONTACT@JDNTECHINDIA.COM with your payment reference number and bank transaction details.
- Upon verification, the duplicate or excess amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7 business days.
- No deduction or processing fee is charged for confirmed duplicate payments.

Bank Processing:JDN initiates the refund within the stated timelines. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or payment processor. JDN is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

11 Non-Refundable Items — Complete List
For absolute clarity, the following items and situations are never eligible for a refund under any circumstances:
- Government statutory fees, challan payments, and filing fees paid to any government body, regulatory authority, or ministry on the client’s behalf.
- GST / Goods and Services Tax charged on any professional fee or service invoice.
- Domain registration fees, web hosting subscriptions, SSL certificate fees, and any recurring third-party platform subscriptions procured for the client.
- Premium WordPress themes, WooCommerce plugins, Shopify app subscriptions, or any licensed digital product purchased on the client’s behalf.
- Apple Developer Program fees, Google Play Console registration fees, or any app marketplace fees.
- Paid advertising budgets (Google Ads, Meta / Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) already deployed or committed to ad platforms.
- Professional fees for work already completed, delivered, or submitted, regardless of client satisfaction with the outcome.
- Any service where more than 60 days have elapsed since payment without a refund request being raised.
- Consultation fees for paid advisory sessions or strategic consultancy hours already consumed.
- Licence applications rejected by government authorities for reasons beyond JDN’s control (incomplete information provided by client, policy changes, etc.).

12 Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute regarding a refund decision, the following process applies:
- Step 1 — Internal Escalation: Contact our senior management team at CONTACT@JDNTECHINDIA.COM with “Refund Dispute” in the subject line. We will review your case within 5 business days.
- Step 2 — Mediation: If unresolved after internal review, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation within 30 days of the written dispute notice.
- Step 3 — Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi. The language of arbitration shall be English.
This policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction vested in the courts at New Delhi.

13 Frequently Asked Questions
My LMPC / BIS / FSSAI application was rejected. Can I get a refund?
No. Government application rejection does not entitle you to a refund of professional fees or government statutory fees. JDN’s professional work was completed when the application was filed. However, we will assist you in understanding the rejection reason and guide you on re-applying, often at a discounted professional fee for the re-submission.
I changed my mind about building a website. Can I cancel and get a refund?
Yes — but only if you cancel within 48 hours of making the advance payment and before any design or development work has been initiated. In that case, up to 90% of the advance (excluding GST) will be refunded. After design work has begun, only partial refunds apply based on project progress. Once development starts, no refund is available.
I paid twice by mistake. What do I do?

I am unhappy with the quality of work delivered. Can I get a refund?
Quality concerns should be raised with our team immediately. We are committed to resolving all quality issues through revisions within the agreed scope. Refunds are not issued for subjective dissatisfaction with delivered work. If there is a clear failure to deliver the agreed scope of work, please escalate to

How will I receive the refund?
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source — the same bank account, UPI ID, or card used for payment. We do not issue refunds via cash or cheque. If the original payment method is no longer active, please provide alternative bank account details (IFSC + account number) in writing.
Can I cancel my SEO service mid-month and get a refund for the unused days?
No. Monthly SEO retainer fees are charged for the entire month and are non-refundable on a pro-rata basis. To avoid being billed for the next month, submit a cancellation request at least 15 days before your next billing date. The service will continue until the end of the current paid period.
